This field is set at the sponsored-message level, letting us separate creative datasets by payment source. In our archive of 912 indexed creatives:

• ~78% are EUR cabinet creatives (regulated advertisers, global brands)
• ~22% are Stars cabinet creatives (crypto-native projects, bot developers, early-stage products)

This 22% is material. Stars-funded advertisers use Telegram channels in the same way EUR advertisers do — but they operate outside the €2,000 minimum and the formal KYC stack. That makes Stars the on-ramp for small crypto projects, scammy token promotions, and experimental products that would be filtered by the EUR cabinet's business verification.
